Wholesale Policies

  • All orders are delivered via UPS.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be shipped.
  • Once an order ships, you will receive an email from UPS with the latest tracking information.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air orders received before 11:00 AM Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped out the following business day.
  • Since orders are delivered via UPS, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • If you choose to ship with a signature required, and are not available upon first delivery, UPS will bring your package to the nearest UPS Access Point Location. Please note that we are not responsible for additional shipping fees if you do not pick up your package.
  • You may choose to ship with no signature required. Please note that upon pickup by UPS, we are no longer responsible for packages if this option is chosen.
  • All international orders are delivered via UPS Worldwide Expedited.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may occur.
  • Please review all items and information on your order carefully before placing it.
  • Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
  • If you've selected the incorrect products, please review our returns procedures.
  • Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to a New York State address.
  • Our physical presence in this state requires us to collect tax on behalf of New York State.
  • We do not collect sales or use taxes for orders shipping to addresses outside of New York State.
  • For those states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase may be subject to tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.
  • Your purchase may not be exempt merely because it was purchased by remote means.
  • Certain states require purchasers to file sales or use tax returns for the year reporting all taxable purchases that were not taxed at time of purchase. John Robshaw assumes no liability for those taxes.
  • Instructions of how to file sales/use tax returns may be found online at the website of your respective taxing authorities.

All Furniture, Headboards, Vintage, and Sale items are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that Bath & Beach items have a separate return process.
We appreciate your order & hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, returns can be made if they meet the following criteria:

    • The package must be sent via UPS and include completed Return Card.
    • The product must be sent back within 30 days of order delivery.
    • The product must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Products cannot be laundered.
    • The product cannot be listed as FINAL SALE during time of purchase.
    • All returns valued over $1000 will incur a 15% restocking fee.
    • If a return is sent and does not meet these criteria, we may ship it back to you.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Bath & Beach Returns

  • If you would like to return Bath and Beach items, you can send them to our manufacturer within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges.
  • Please call 1-800-243-7090 with your order number (found in the top right corner of the packing slip) and the reason for your return.
  • Upon receipt of your request, a Return Authorization number and form will be emailed to you that will include instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  • Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please note that returns made without a Return Authorization Number cannot be processed and will not be accepted.
  • Once the product is received, we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount, plus any applicable sales tax.

We do not accept exchanges at this time. You are welcome to make a return and place a new order.

  • All sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • No returns or exchanges can be made.
  • No promo code required.
  • Not applicable on previous purchases.
  • Cannot be combined with any other offers or designer discounts.
  • Not valid on wholesale orders

A Note About Our Products

Because all product is handcrafted, there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish. We do not consider these flaws, but rather an indication of our product uniqueness.
