Returns must be sent within 30 days of order delivery. Items must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items cannot have been laundered. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective. Note: If a return isn't within the return policy, it will be shipped back to you.
You can exchange your item for store credit, however we unfortunately can’t do a direct exchange. We do provide a free shipping label when opting for store credit.
Enter your order ID # which is found in your confirmation email along with your email. The shipping label will be available as a final step once you initiate return.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. The full refund amount will most likely appear back in the original account within three to five business days upon receipt of item, contingent on your credit/banking partner.
