Free shipping is available on homeline, custom beds, John Robshaw furniture and Cloth & Co collaboration furniture. Custom John Robshaw beds include white glove shipping. Beds are delivered and assembled on site.
Returns must be sent within 30 days of order delivery.
Items must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items cannot be laundered.

Since orders are delivered via UPS, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If you choose to ship with a signature required, and are not available upon first delivery, UPS will bring your package to the nearest UPS Access Point Location. Please note that we are not responsible for additional shipping fees if you do not pick up your package.
