John Robshaw Textiles is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and are in the process of a comprehensive accessibility review of our website, including automated and manual testing across our site templates, image alt text, color contrast, keyboard navigation, and form usability.

Our website is built on a third-party ecommerce platform, and portions of our checkout process and some third-party integrations operate within that platform's technical constraints. Where we identify limitations outside our direct control, we work with our platform and technology partners to address them or provide alternative means of access.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we identify areas for improvement, we are prioritizing and implementing fixes on a rolling basis. This statement will be updated as that work progresses.
