Wholesale Returns

Please submit your return request to your John Robshaw sales representative or email sales@johnrobshaw.com for approval. Once approved, an RA# will be provided. Any damaged or flawed items require photo approval before an RA# can be issued. Returns sent without return requests cannot be accepted.

All returns requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items cannot be laundered.
