There is free ground shipping for homeline, custom beds and the custom Cloth & Co furniture collection. All other furniture requires a custom shipping quote. If you would like sales tax waived on qualifying orders and are requesting tax exemption, please contact us at customerservice@johnrobshaw.com with subject line Tax Exemption Request and we will follow up within 1-3 business days regarding required documents. Please note that a valid Resale Certificate and ST-120 are mandatory for each state seeking tax exemption (U.S. only).
