There is free ground shipping for homeline, custom beds and the custom Cloth & Co furniture collection. All other furniture requires a custom shipping quote. Please note John Robshaw Textiles is required to collect sales tax based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated in the shipping addresses of all purchases.

If you would like sales tax waived on qualifying orders and are requesting tax exemption, please contact us at customerservice@johnrobshaw.com with subject line Tax Exemption Request and we will follow up within 1-3 business days regarding required documents. Please note that a valid Resale Certificate and ST-120 are mandatory for each state seeking tax exemption (U.S. only).
