Step 1: Getting to Work

The ladies sew in circles and talk and socialize while they work, which makes it all go faster.

Step 2: Types of Stitches

Since I have started, I have admired the myriad of stitches that the Indian ladies do with such facility. Having massive fingers and being a bit dyslexic myself, I am always mesmerized by watching them work. I have made a sampler of some of the stitches we employ on pillows, blankets and sheets throughout our line.

Step 3: Finishing Touches

Many pillows have hand stitched edges that really bring it all together. Once these are done, the items are set to go!
