For a multi-color print, each shade requires a separate block, outline and fill. The printers work in a spirited dance to get the block stamped in just the right place, creating an intensely collaborative work of art.

Our hand block printed fabrics are made by skilled artisans using hand carved wooden blocks and screens. As a part of the inherent beauty of the traditional craftsmanship, slight variations in color and design may occur, and pattern repeats are approximate.
